Ksharsutra Vs laser treatment in fistula in ano

Ksharsutra Vs laser treatmentin fistula in ano

Fistula in ano is the disease caused by infection of anal glands. Simply disease is a pus filled tube, which has connection from anal canal to the anal verge. This past field is surrounded by heart issues which is made by the bacterias. No antibiotics reach up to the anal canal to kill the bacteria’s which forms of persistant tube. fissure treatment in Pune

That's why it is so tricky to treat the fistula in ano.

Laser is the the instrument which scrap our the inner lining of the tube and make them debride. Tip of laser immerse the light with energy in 360 degree. That scrap out the inner line and make the inner lining to unite and lumen gets close off.

Instead kshar sutra does the same action with its corrosive action on inner side of fistula tube. Kshara is the material which have an alkaline property.  It's also scrap out the inner lining and make them drain. Thread in external opening and internal opening keep the the external opening wide and all the pus which is scrapped out by kshara and draining through the external opening to make it clean.

Main difference between two are laser heals immedietly and ksharsutra takes much time to heal. Ksharsutra needs to get changed after each 3 or 7 days. Ksharsutra may have little pain. But reoccurance is minimum.
